Willow Creek
The Willow Creek neighborhood is located in Folsom, California, just off Highway 50. Downtown Sacramento is approximately 25 minutes away, and it is near the half way point of the San Francisco Bay Area and Lake Tahoe.
Building in the neighborhood began in the early 1980’s with contributions from several different builders who built homes meeting the quality standards of the time, with some locations offering Sacramento Valley and Sierra Foothill views. There is a mixture of standard production homes and custom homes within this community. Many homes in the Willow Creek area have larger lots.
This neighborhood provides enrollment access to the highly desired Folsom Hills Elementary School, Folsom Middle School, Vista Del Lago High School, and is located within minutes of Folsom Community College.
The convenient location offers quick access to several walking trails, the American River Bike Trail, and Folsom Lake. BT Collins Park and Ed Mitchell Park are located near this neighborhood.
Mercy Hospital of Folsom, Target, Trader Joe’s and Peet’s Coffee are all nearby.
Willow Creek is conveniently located within minutes from Folsom Zoo, Folsom City Park,Folsom Aquatic Center, Costco, and the soon to be opened Folsom Palladio Shopping Mall.
