The Parkway
The Parkway features more than 200 acres of open space, miles of nature trails, friendly neighborhoods, and multi- purpose parks. The Parkway has been designed to preserve and enhance major portions of natural riparian and wetland habitats by linking them in a system of trails that run throughout the community. These trails form a continuous, natural, open space corridor for over 200 species of natural vegetation and wildlife.
The community provides front yard landscape maintenance, roving security patrol and a homeowners association. Families also enjoy The Parkway's award winning schools. You can find a full list of the schools within the Folsom Cordova Unified School District, however some of the schools included are Vista Del Lago High School, Folsom Middle School, and Oak Chan Elementary.
The Parkway Community is also conveniently located near Mercy Hospital Folsom, Kaiser Hospital, Intel, the Empire Ranch Golf Course, the Broadstone Racket Club, and the Folsom FIDO Field Dog Park.
