Natoma Station

Natoma Station is in Folsom, California conveniently located near access to Highway 50. Downtown Sacramento is approximately 25 minutes away. Access to the Sacramento Regional Transit Light Rail system is near Natoma Station at the Iron Point Light Rail Station.

Building in the Natoma Station neighborhood began in the late 1980’s with collaboration from several different builders. Although most of the homes are built on nicely sized lots, there are also some gated developments within the community offering smaller homes on zero lot line or patio size lots.

The Cresleigh neighborhood also sports basement style homes. Natoma Station has several small neighborhood parks located within the development creating a family atmosphere.

Fun fact: While driving through the Natoma Station neighborhood, enjoy the unique sculptures that greet residents and visitors at the entrances to some of the individual developments.

The beautiful community provides enrollment access to the highly desired Natoma Station Elementary School, Sutter Middle school, and Folsom High School. Frequent visits to the beautiful Natoma Station Neighborhood parks are highly recommended.

Natoma Station is also located just within a few miles of The Intel Corporation’s Folsom facility, Verizon offices of Folsom, and the Kikkoman Soy Sauce Plant. For the outdoor lover, Natoma Station is living at its finest. Centrally located near the Willow Creek Entrance to Lake Natoma, and the American River Bike Trail, it is easy to enjoy extensive biking and nature trails.

Shopping, dining, and entertainment choices are plentiful as Natoma Station is near the Folsom Premium Outlets, Century Folsom 14 Movie Theatre, and Historic Folsom.
