Lexington Hills

Lexington Hills is located in Folsom, California, off of Highway 50, approximately 25 minutes from Downtown Sacramento, half way between the San Francisco Bay Area and Lake Tahoe.

Production on these homes began in the late 1980’s with contributions from several different builders. The homes are very high quality, some of which are custom homes, with some homes boasting beautiful views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains or the Sacramento Valley. Lexington Hills is very popular because of the larger lots sizes, beautiful Heritage Oaks, and wetlands.

Depending on location in the neighborhood, homes may have enrollment access to highly desired Oak Chan Elementary School, Folsom Middle School, Sutter Middle School, Vista Del Lago High School, and Folsom High School.

Folsom lake is just minutes from Lexington Hills. Quick access to the American River Bike Trail, several local walking trails, and a number of local parks are a major benefit of this Folsom community.

Several other highly desirable locations are within just a few miles from the neighborhood, such as Folsom Lake Community College, Target, Trader Joe’s, Costco, and the Palladio 16 Cinemas.

Mercy Hospital of Folsom is within a few miles of the neighborhood, offering quick access for employees and patients who live in the area. Lexington Hills is also a central location near Intel Corporation of Folsom and Verizon’s Folsom office.

Lexington Hills proximity to Folsom Premium Outlets, Historic Folsom with its Antique shops and local restaurants, Folsom City Park, and Folsom Zoo adds a varied mixture of activities and entertainment to this community.
