Lisa, licensed real estate agent, is the office coordinator and transaction manager for the Merideth Realty Team.

I love working in real estate. My main focus within my time as a real estate agent has been transaction management and customer service. I have worked as broker file auditor, and also in the capacity of an independent transaction coordinator, which is how I met Iona and became a member of our team. The knowledge and perspective I have gained from these positions has enabled me to truly understand the entire real estate transaction process inside and out.

My profession prior to real estate was veterinary medicine. I believe that I learned not only about caring for files in that field, but also about compassionate customer service. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions a person will make in their lifetime. Specifically, I feel I am here to meet our clients’ needs in a calm, efficient manner by sorting out all the paperwork and keeping everything on track from the beginning of the listing process all the way through the close of escrow. I pride myself on my ability to work and communicate with our clients in a way that lets them know that they are also a part of our team during the entire process.
