Serrano is ideally located about 30 minutes from downtown Sacramento in El Dorado Hills, California.
It's rolling foothills setting includes 1,000 acres of open space dotted with mature oak trees. Spectacular views include the snowcapped Sierra Mountains, Folsom Lake, and city lights. Approximately 17 miles of improved and marked hiking and bicycling trails wind through open space and restored wetlands in Serrano. More than 50,000 native trees were planted to compliment the magnificent and mature Heritage Oaks that have been preserved.
The local schools, which include on-site elementary and middle schools, rank among the highest in the state.
